NOLA Caribbean Festival Returns

The 3rd annual NOLA Caribbean Festival will take over Roux Carre in Central City on Saturday, June 25. The event will combine live music, dance, food, art and more into a celebration of the city’s deep cultural connection to the Caribbean.

Artists from throughout the Caribbean will perform at the festival, including Warrior King (Jamaica), T-Rock (Trinidad & Tobago), Zion (U.S. Virgin Islands), Alexey Marti (Puerto Rico) and many more. At the same time, Hot 8 Brass Band and One Love Brass Band will be on site to represent New Orleans.

Additionally, the festival will host Caribbean food, drink and crafts vendors at it’s outdoor “beach-style” market. It will also offer free salsa lesson for attendees that would like to hone their dance skills.

Families and children of all ages will be welcome at the festival, which will run from 11am to 10pm. Admission will be $15.
