St. Louis Cathedral to Host Free Christmas Concerts Throughout December

New Orleans’ historic, and altogether beautiful, St. Louis Cathedral will kick off its annual Christmas Concerts series this evening with a performance by Joe Lastie’s Family Gospel.

Organized by French Quarter Festivals Inc., this year’s series will feature a variety of talented performers, such as Irma Thomas, Alexis & The Samurai, Charmaine Neville, Sunpie & The Louisiana Sunspots and many more.

The Christmas Concerts usually begin at 6pm and run to 7pm. All of them will be free and open to the public, though donations are welcome to help with the costs of the series.
