Sweet Crude, Jon Batiste among Bonnaroo 2021 music lineup

The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival has announced the lineup for the internationally acclaimed camping festival’s upcoming 20th-anniversary edition. Set to take place September 2–5 on the Bonnaroo Farm, located just 60 miles southeast of Nashville in Manchester, Tennessee. Bonnaroo will once again present an extraordinarily diverse bill featuring a remarkable selection of top artists performing around the clock across more than 10 unique stages over the four-day festival.

Headliners for the weekend shows include Foo Fighters and Megan Thee Stallion on Friday, Lizzo and Tame Impala on Saturday, and Tyler, The Creator and Lana Del Rey on Sunday. The opening-night lineup for Thursday features special guests performing for the Grand Ole Opry and British jazz saxophone star Nubya Garcia. Featured acts with a Louisiana connection include Jon Batiste and Sweet Crude. Tickets are now on sale.

Hailed by the New York Times as the summer event that “revolutionized the modern rock festival,” Bonnaroo has drawn high-profile media attention and critical acclaim for two groundbreaking decades. The festival was canceled in 2020 due to coronavirus restrictions.
