The Soul Rebels Set to Shake Up Spring with Collaborations and Tour

The Soul Rebels, the acclaimed brass ensemble hailing from the vibrant streets of New Orleans, are gearing up to ignite stages across the nation with their highly anticipated spring tour. The 11-city tour, commencing on May 3rd at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, promises to deliver an electrifying blend of jazz, funk, and hip hop, showcasing the band’s signature sound and infectious energy.

The spring tour will feature guest appearances by esteemed musicians such as Ghostface Killah, GZA, Talib Kweli, Seun Kuti, Fred Wesley, and Marcus Miller. These collaborations promise to infuse the band’s dynamic sound with diverse influences and unparalleled musical exploration.

Commenting on the upcoming tour, The Soul Rebels’ manager, Alex Kurland, emphasized their commitment to working with the best in the industry. “When The Soul Rebels collaborate, it is with highly respected and iconic artists,” said Kurland. “Whether it’s projects with the Wu Tang Clan, Nas, Branford Marsalis, Metallica, Robert Glasper, DMX or Katy Perry, The Soul Rebels aim to push musical boundaries and celebrate the richness of their artistic expression.”

Upcoming  collaborations include a show on June 19 at the Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, with legendary performers Marcus Miller and Fred Wesley joining The Soul Rebels for a special Juneteenth celebration. The band will then continue their journey to The Howard Theatre in Washington, DC, on June 20, where they will team up with hip-hop icons Ghostface Killah and GZA for a one-night-only performance.

Finally, The Soul Rebels will take residency at the iconic Blue Note in New York City from June 21 to June 23, collaborating with Ghostface Killah for three nights of unparalleled musical magic.
