We’ve archived numerous episodes of the old program, which captured performances by countless Louisiana legends and staples over 335 episodes from 1996 to 2005, when Hurricane Katrina destroyed the studio in which it was taped.

Season 1 of the program was filmed at New Orleans’ Generations Hall between August 3 and August 11 of last year. The season featured performances by a variety of local acts, including Dumpstaphunk, The Soul Rebels, Raw Oyster Cult, Gal Holiday & The Honky Tonk Revue, Joe Krown Trio, Naughty Professor, New Orleans Suspects, Rockin Dopsie Jr. & The Zydeco Twisters, Mike Dillon Band, Shamarr Allen & The Underdogs and many more.

More information on Season 2 of New Orleans Live will be unveiled in the coming months. Until then, you can check out Season 1 on Vimeo. We’ve also got numerous episodes of Louisiana Jukebox archived on OffBeat.com.
