Week 12 of OffBeat’s livestream listings is here. The City of New Orleans continues to slowly open back up, but we’re still in Phase One, which means no live music concerts for the foreseeable future. Instead, we’re continuing to celebrate the local musicians who are adapting in our new reality by showcasing their virtual gigs and livestreams.
