Saturday night is going to be a big night out! Not only will the OffBeat Best of the Beat Awards be bumpin’ downtown but the Pussyfooters Annual Blush Ball will be rockin’ across town over at the Cannery in Mid-City. The Blush Ball is a party with a purpose and this year they are raising money for the Metropolitan Center for Women & Children.
The Pussyfooters 2014 Blush Ball is Saturday, January 18.
The soirée also celebrates the 13th Anniversary of the Pussyfooters, an all-women marching group. There will be live music by Big Sam’s Funky Nation and Big Chief Monk Boudreaux and the Wild Magnolias will headline the event along with DJ Quickie Mart, and of course, special performances by the Pussyfooters. Fabulous prizes will also be raffled.
