This weekend, WTUL’s month-long Rock On Survival Marathon continues with the CD release party for Songs from the Basement tonight at the Circle Bar, a Record Raid Saturday on campus at Zimple Quad, and Dead Prez with Na’Tee, Truth Universal, Melaphyre and Chels at The Maison Sunday starting at 10 p.m. Au Ras Au Ras, Slangston Hughes and Cliff Hines will be among the performers tonight at the Circle Bar tonight, and here’s a clip that recalls the end of David Lynch’s Lost Highway made by Au Ras Au Ras to promote its debut album.
