March 30, 2022 | David Johnson, digital media editor of OffBeat, interviewed Grammy-nominated, self-proclaimed “Kreole rock and soul” musician Sean Ardoin in advance of the 64th annual Grammy Awards in the first half hour of Beat Café, a weekly program on WHIV 102.3 FM that is broadcast on Wednesday mornings at 9 a.m. Central. The second half hour features an interview with Alicia Renée, a vocalist who performs on French Quarter street corners and in live music venues across New Orleans.
