Bacchus Sunday isn’t just about watching the parades anymore. The Bacchus Bash – an all day party featuring local party bands and guest DJs at Generations Hall at 310 Andrew Higgins Drive – is sure to rival and possibly even dwarf the main event.
Local party bands and celebrity guest DJs will make this year's Bacchus Bash at Generations Hall a party you won't want to miss.
The multi-stage event will benefit the Krewe of Bacchus, and there will be drink specials all day to keep the party going. The block party starts at noon and will feature perennial New Orleans cover band the Topcats at from 2 pm to 3:30 pm, Flow Tribe from 4 pm to 5:30 pm, and Category 6 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm.
VH1 Celebrity DJ Brian Dawe will also take the stage, and DJ Ronnie Roux, DJ Wixx, and DJ TAF will perform throughout the day until the Super Krewe Bacchus begins to roll.
While the outdoor stage is free and open to the public, VIP tickets are available for the big indoor party at Generations Hall and include access to the grandstand for parade viewing, private rooms and bathrooms, an open bar, and free food.
