Christmas Concerts Start Wednesday with Ronnie Kohl

As the weather finally decides to get cold, locals can get into the holiday spirit through holiday music. The annual Cathedral Concerts at St. Louis Cathedral feature local musicians performing traditional, jazz and classical versions of holiday carols, spiritual hymns and gospel favorites. Performers this season include Ellis Marsalis, Irvin Mayfield, and Ingrid Lucia, along with blues bands and church choirs. The concerts start this Wednesday and run though December 21. They are typically held Wednesday through Sunday at 6 p.m. and usually last about one hour.
