Garage a Trois Announces Jazz Fest Late Night with Original Lineup

The original Garage a Trois lineup of Charlie Hunter (eight-string guitar), Stanton Moore (drums) and Sherik (sax) will reunite for a special Jazz Fest after show on the night of Saturday, April 23. The very late night show will kick off at 2am at Tipitina’s, meaning that it technically takes place during the early morning hours of Sunday, April 24.

The Tipitina’s late night show will mark the first time in a number of years that Moore and Skerik have teamed up with Hunter under the Garage a Trois moniker.

The concert will take place following the first Saturday of Jazz Fest, just a few hours after Galactic performs the festival proper. That Saturday will also include headlining sets from Pearl Jam, Van Morrison and Maxwell.

Tickets for the Garage a Trois late night will go on sale this Friday, February 19 at 10am CT.
