Lafayette rock band GIVERS has been one of this year’s buzz bands since their debut album, In Light, was released earlier this year. They were the cover story of our November issue, and they are nominees for Rock Band of the Year, Rock Album of the Year, Artist of the Year and Album of the Year in the Best of the Beat Awards. We’re pleased that they’ll also perform at the Best of the Beat Awards party on Friday, January 27, 2012.
