House of Blues New Orleans restaurant & bar reopen June 10

This Saturday, June 13, the City of New Orleans will enter Phase Two of reopening, but indoor live music is still prohibited. As such, the House of Blues New Orleans will not host concerts for some time, but its restaurant and bar will reopen today (June 10).

With its self described menu of “made-from-scratch, southern-inspired” food and specialty cocktails, the House of Blues New Orleans — located at 225 Decatur St. — will offer dine in, takeout and delivery options. Its newly implemented services will follow safety guidelines as ordered by the State of Louisiana, including a capacity capped at 25% between now and Saturday, when restaurants are allowed to operate at 50% capacity.

Ryan Belcher, General Manager of House of Blues New Orleans, said in a press release “We’re hoping to create a welcome return to a bit of excellent food and future entertainment that everyone has been missing in New Orleans.”

In addition to its partial reopening, the House of Blues New Orleans announced its partnership with the Youth Empowerment Project. For each entree ordered from its kitchen, the business will provide one meal towards the organization, which provides food to youth in need.

The House of Blues restaurant and bar operate from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday through Sunday. For more information, click here.
