Marley Gras Jerk Chicken Festival returns on February 9 this year to honor Jamaican music, food, crafts and more. This year’s festival will feature seven celebrity guest judges and over 15 musical performances. Each judge will help crown a winner of New Orleans’ Scotch Bonnet pepper-eating contest and Jerk Chicken Cook-Off Competition.

Besides the food-inspired events and competitions, Marley Gras Festival will present music from Jamaican reggae to New Orleans brass and bounce. This musical mix will create a Jamaican and New Orleans fusion bigger and better than years of the past. With both outdoor and indoor stages, Marley Gras musical performances will make every attendee want to groove and jam throughout the festival!
