It will be hosted by Chef John Folse (Restaurant R’evolution), while mixologist and barowner T. Cole Newton (Twelve Mile Limit) will be on hand to serve the weekend’s specialty cocktail, The Cuyahoga. The party is set to go from 8pm to 11pm.

Participating restaurants include Angeline, Araña Taqueria y Cantina, Arnaud’s Restaurant, Atchafalaya, Brennan’s, Buttermilk Drop Bakery, Carrollton Market, Desire Oyster Bar, Domenica, Doris Metropolitan, Galatoire’s Restaurant, Jacques Imo’s, Kenton’s, La Divina Italian Café, Restaurant August, Restaurant R’evolution and Primitivo. Each restaurant will offer a different dish, from Shrimp Arnaud and Smoked Drum Mousse to Crab Rigatoni and Shrimp & Alligator Sausage Cheese Cake. Those that purchase tickets will be able to sample all food and drink options throughout night.
