“Pack the Van” Benefit to Replace Hildegard’s Stolen Gear

On Friday, June 12, The Howlin’ Wolf will host “Pack the Van,” an all-star benefit concert to help raise funds to replace the stolen gear of New Orleans art-rock band Hildegard, led by guitarist Cliff Hines and vocalist Sasha Masakowski.

The band’s van was broken into in San Francisco midway through a recent tour, and thousands of dollars worth of vintage and irreplaceable gear was stolen.

The band was able to make do, ending their tour on June 1, in Austin, but the loss of their gear is a significant setback.

Tickets to the benefit concert are $10, and the proceeds will help Cliff and Sasha replace their stolen gear.

Performers include Space and Harmony, a side project featuring members of The Revivalists and Naughty Professor, an all-star super jam featuring Cliff Hines, Paul Thibodeaux, Max Moran, members of The Revivalists, Earphunk, Gravity A, Naughty Professor, and a host of others.

Doors to the event open at 9 p.m.
