New group The Rumble emerges out of Cha Wa

Featuring Joseph Boudreaux Jr., son of Golden Eagles’ Big Chief Monk Boudreaux, as well as Aurelien Barnes from the NorthSide Skull and Bones Gang and son of Bruce “Sunpie” Barnes, the band distills classic Mardi Gras Indian funk with brass band music and contemporary popular music, bringing forth a pure New Orleans product of our time.
