In celebration of the New Orleans Fringe Festival, the annual Fringe Parade rolled Saturday, November 19. Starting on Poland Avenue, the parade went up St. Claude Avenue, down Press Street, and then back up Franklin Avenue to finish at the St. Roch Tavern. The GoodChildren Carnival Club produced the parade. All photos were taken by Kim Welsh.
